Refund policy
All sales by Derma Medicine Exports are made to licensed B2B buyers only. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds are issued. Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund. All disputes must be raised via email at dermamedicineexport@gmail.com.
